Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Tokpodz is operated by Tokpodz LLC ("Tokpodz", "we", "us"). Contact: admin@tokpodz.com.

Tokpodz is a live, ephemeral chat platform built around real-time moments — matches, shows, and trivia. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we hold and the steps we take to keep that content off Tokpodz.

Our commitment

Child sexual abuse material and any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited on Tokpodz. We prohibit it in our terms, we work to prevent it, we remove it when we find it, and we report it to the relevant authorities. This is a non-negotiable standard that applies to every pod, message, and user on the platform.

Minimum age

Tokpodz is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we remove it.

How users can report concerns

Anyone can report child-safety concerns directly inside the app. Every message and pod includes a reporting option, and reported content is added to our review queue. You can also email our child-safety point of contact at admin@tokpodz.com at any time. We treat reports relating to the safety of a minor as our highest priority.

How we prevent and respond

  • In-app reporting and flagging on messages and pods, routed to a review queue.
  • Automated hiding of content once it reaches a flag threshold, so reported content can be removed from view quickly while it is reviewed.
  • Ephemeral pods — pods are time-limited and close when the moment ends, and pod content is permanently deleted when the pod expires.
  • Account action — we remove violating content and can suspend or permanently remove the accounts of users who violate these standards.

Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we act to remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant regional and national authorities, in line with applicable law. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required.
