When you sign up for Tokpodz, we collect your email address, your chosen username, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not collect or store anything you have not explicitly given us.
We use your email to authenticate you and (rarely) to contact you about your account. Your username is shown publicly inside the pods you join, because that is the entire point of the product. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Messages you send inside a pod are stored on our servers only as long as the pod is active. When a pod expires, the messages are permanently deleted. This is a feature of the product, not just a policy.
We use the minimum cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Both are industry-standard providers with their own privacy policies. If you sign in with Google, Google sees that you signed in to Tokpodz — that's it.
Questions or concerns about your data? Email hello@tokpodz.com.
