Tokpodz is a service for joining and hosting short-lived chat "pods" around live moments. By using Tokpodz, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be readable, not legalese.
You're responsible for what you do under your account. Keep your password secure. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us right away.
Each pod has a "vibe rule" set by its creator. Follow it. Beyond that: no harassment, no hate speech, no spam, no illegal content, no spamming links, no impersonating others, no sharing other people's private info. We reserve the right to remove content, end pods, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Pods expire and their messages are deleted. We don't keep an archive. This is by design. Once a pod is gone, it's gone — even from us.
You own what you write. By posting it in a pod, you grant Tokpodz a limited license to display it to other pod members for the duration of the pod, after which it's deleted.
See something that breaks these rules? Tap the report button on any message, or email hello@tokpodz.com. We review reports as quickly as we can.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Tokpodz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability but can't guarantee uptime. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
